Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the RoofPitchOS website, territory tools, application process, and related public materials. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. If you use the site for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization and bind it to these terms.

Website content and territory results are provided for initial evaluation only. Availability, adjacency, pricing, market information, and projections may change and may require manual verification.

A ZIP lookup, application, email, conversation, or displayed availability result does not reserve a county, create exclusivity, obligate RoofPitchOS to provide services, or constitute an offer capable of acceptance.

Submitting an application authorizes us to evaluate the information provided and contact you about qualification. We may accept, decline, pause, or request more information in our discretion. We are not required to disclose proprietary qualification criteria.

You represent that information submitted is accurate, current, and supplied by someone authorized to speak for the applicant.

Paid services, territory exclusivity, performance obligations, fees, payment terms, term length, renewal, termination, data handling, and service-specific commitments are governed by a separate written agreement signed by RoofPitchOS and the customer.

If these website terms conflict with a signed customer agreement, the signed customer agreement controls for the paid services it covers.

Public pricing describes the current standard starting structure and may change. Taxes, integrations, expanded scope, territory composition, and negotiated requirements may affect final pricing. Only a signed agreement establishes binding fees and reserved counties.

RoofPitchOS does not guarantee a particular number of leads, appointments, contracts, revenue, profit, close rate, or return on investment unless a signed customer agreement expressly states otherwise.

Results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, weather, homeowner behavior, customer responsiveness, sales execution, financing, staffing, production capacity, pricing, reputation, and compliance with law.

• Do not interfere with, probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the site, systems, data, or proprietary methods.
• Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, malicious, or confidential third-party information without authority.
• Do not use the site to violate law, impersonate another person, introduce malware, or circumvent security or territory controls.
• Do not copy or use website content, data, branding, or outputs to build or train a competing service except with our written permission.

The site, software, designs, text, graphics, branding, workflows, territory logic, and proprietary intelligence are owned by or licensed to Web Dev Group Ltd. Liability Co. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the public site for legitimate evaluation of RoofPitchOS. No other rights are granted by implication.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to receive, store, review, process, and respond to it and to operate the site.

If you voluntarily provide ideas or feedback about RoofPitchOS, we may use them without restriction or compensation. Do not submit information you consider confidential unless a written confidentiality agreement applies.

The site may link to or interoperate with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the public site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Dev Group Ltd. Liability Co. and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the public site.

Our aggregate liability arising from the public site will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid specifically to access the public site during the 12 months before the claim. Limits applicable to paid services are addressed in the signed customer agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Web Dev Group Ltd. Liability Co. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, your submitted content, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

We may restrict or terminate access to the public site when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, our rights, or legal compliance. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and governing law.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising solely from these website terms must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there. A signed customer agreement may establish different dispute terms for paid services.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
