This Privacy Policy explains how Web Dev Group Ltd. Liability Co., doing business through RoofPitchOS, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit the RoofPitchOS website, check a territory, submit an application, or communicate with us.

This policy covers the public website and qualification process. A separate agreement may apply to information processed while delivering services to an approved customer.

• Application information, including company name, contact name, business email, phone number, annual revenue range, primary market, requested counties, installed crews, current lead spend, and information you include in notes.
• Territory lookup information, including the ZIP code submitted, the county associated with that ZIP, and the date of the lookup.
• Communications you send to us by email, phone, forms, or during qualification and onboarding.
• Basic technical information that may be present in server logs, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and error records.

• Evaluate whether your company, capacity, and requested territory fit the RoofPitchOS service.
• Respond to applications, questions, and territory requests.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and territory tools.
• Plan territory availability and prevent overlapping commitments.
• Communicate about qualification, onboarding, service delivery, and material policy changes.
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect RoofPitchOS, our customers, and others.

We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, communications, security, professional advice, and business operations. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, de-identify, or aggregate it, subject to backups and legal retention requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, database, or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information that the application does not request, such as Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, medical information, or government identification.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, or object to certain uses, by contacting us. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional rights, including rights to know, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information and to appeal a denied request.

RoofPitchOS is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it.

RoofPitchOS is operated from the United States. If you access the site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through another reasonable channel.
